   Chelsey Sibley owns and operates Sky Ranch, a 90 acre Dressage training facility nestled in the Sierra Foothills near Sonora, California.
  
   After capturing a few more USEF Regional and CDS year end titles in 2011, 2012 promises to be another successful year as fabulous young horses by Sandreo, Flemingh, Johnson, and Florencio will be ready for the show ring along with Chelsey's other FEI mounts. 

  Besides training and giving lessons at Sky Ranch, competeing in International and National sanctioned Dressage events, Chelsey breeds and raises horses from the best bloodlines in the US and Europe, and travels to facilities in Northern California to give clinics.  She can help you with anything from advanced dressage to basic horsemanship.  She is one of the most successful riders of stallions in the US, and competes many at the highest levels.
