Your Horses are SO Important! 
Chelsey's goal is to provide horses at Sky Ranch with the best training and care possible.  Her spacious 90 acre facility allows the horses a very unique living environment.  Not only are they stabled in stalls with large paddocks, but they are able to enjoy hours of turn out every day! 
We know, without a doubt, this kind of lifestyle keeps them happy and healthy.

The All Inclusive Plans will simplify your lives and bill paying.  We have no "hidden costs."  We don't advertise one price and nickel and dime you for every little thing, period.

 ON SITE
Board & Training - All Inclusive                 $1,300.00/mo.
Includes combination of 5 lessons or workouts (rides, lunging, cavaletti), 5 turn outs, grooming, blanketing, supplies, laundry, farrier/vet scheduling, face clipping, mane & tail care, feeding
owner provided supplements                    

Board & Layup Care –                               $  700.00/mo.
(For horses in training on layup for 2 weeks or longer)             

Lessons or Rides by Chelsey                          $  80.00 ea.

On Site Handling -                                      $  25.00 ea.
(For farrier/vet, etc.)

OFF SITE

Clinic lesson or ride                                     $  90.00 ea.
(does not include facility fees, if any) 

Show Hauling – per mile per horse                  $    0.90

Off Site Hauling/Handling -                     Inquire of price 

Show rides or assistance                            $  60.00/day
(for all days from arrival through departure)  
                  

Show Day Care                                         $  60.00/day
(clean stall, feed, bathe, groom, tack, braid)
 
Show Trainer Overnight Expenses                                              $100.00/night 
(split between all horses attending, including Sky Ranch
horses)              

  ~ We ask each horse arrive with a halter & lead (bull snap preferred), every day bridle (separate from show bridle), and 3 thin pad/pad liners.  All are available for purchase 

~  On Site services due upon arrival and at the 1^st of each month. 

~  Show services will be billed the following month for Full Board and Training clients.

~  Show services for clients not in full Board & Training due on first day of show.
~ Clinic fees to clinician/organizer will be billed in advance of the clinic.  Like a show, no refunds will be given once paid for clinic spots. 
~ No riding charge by Chelsey for clinics held at Sky Ranch
